This artwork is inspired by an idea I had about living on a planet that has more than one moon. I imagined being the girl that is looking out into the Universe. I hope it can bring a sense of wonder and peace to you on your daily journey.
My process: I gain inspiration from the natural world, often taking photos on hikes or memorising details of a certain plant or crystal formation I'd like to draw. I usually start drawing straightaway with the pen, forgetting the possibility of making mistakes and simply letting the art become what it is. I add things and tweak them until I feel that the picture transports me somewhere calm and beautiful.
